    Quiet intriguing statements above here. Come to think of it point 5 and 7. When you mind keeps on doubting your abilities, it becomes imperatively difficult for you to be self motivated in whatever activity you are doing. What hurts most is being doubtful to the extent you loose focus leading ti depression. I was once at this stage but thaks to my friends who restored some sense in me.And today I have full confidence in whatever I’m doing and when oush come o shove if it doesnt fit me. I say a big NO and let it off my mind.
    Self confidence and belief is key in life.
