What are you hearing?
What are you thinking?
What are the lyrics singing in your head?
What are your lines?

What are you believing in?
What can you do?


Pause and be aware of your thoughts

Write down your thoughts


2 Corinthians 10:4-5

4The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.


Thoughts, reasoning

Barrier, every elevated

Every mental perception, every purpose the mind sets on, evil purpose on disposition


The Holy Spirit in You

John 14:26

26But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

Counselor… teach you all things

15 “If you love me, keep my commands.16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—17the Spirit of truth. What can you do?

Ask the Holy Spirit

Strengthen Your Mind

Philippians 4:6-9

6Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

8Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

Being in Godly words



  • Take time out to reflect and journal your thoughts
  • What are some recurring thoughts in the past week or month(s)?
  • Are they in line with the Word of God?
  • Submit these thoughts to the Lord
  • Strengthen your mind by reading and declaring the Word of God
